Christopher Ryan |
Chris Ryan helps lead HBR Consulting's Strategic Sourcing and Business Operations practice. He has led and managed many comprehensive cost reduction, strategic sourcing, and process improvement engagements throughout the U.S. and Europe for a variety of clients in multiple industries including . professional and financial services, healthcare, higher education and government. Chris has also served in interim senior management roles supporting the in-house delivery of sourcing and procurement services.
Prior to HBR, Chris was the founder and managing principal of Overwing, a boutique management and operations consulting firm, which served London-based law firms as well as organizations in the U.K. and Ireland. Chris was a director for Huron Consulting Group and helped lead that company's London projects and practice development serving the legal sector. He also spent several years working for a financial services company and Internet startup in San Francisco.
Chris received his B.S. in marketing from Villanova University, and his M.B.A. in Strategy/Finance from the Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Chris possesses an Executive Education from the London School of Business. He currently is an alumni advisory member of the Loyola University Graduate School of Business and an ambassador for A Better Chicago.
