Shoaib serves as Head of Solution Strategy + Optimization at HBR Consulting (HBR). Drawing upon nearly a decade of experience across the legal ecosystem, he is focused on keeping HBR’s offerings ahead of the market’s needs. He works closely with our practice groups to optimize service delivery, drive innovative approaches, and enhance ways of working.

He began his career in HBR’s Strategy + Operations practice and has held roles of increasing responsibility across the organization. Shoaib also spent time in-house in Medtronic’s legal operations function and on UnitedLex’s advisory team.

Shoaib holds a bachelor’s in Economics and Financial Market Regulation from the University at Albany.

Beyond work, Shoaib is an avid traveler and hiker – his goal is to traverse all 46 of the Adirondack high peaks.
