Sean serves as a senior director in the Legal Transformation + Information Management practice at HBR Consulting (HBR) and provides insight, analysis, and project management for complex business acceptance and information governance initiatives. With over 10 years of law firm risk management experience, he has spoken nationally on the intersection of legal ethics and information governance and taken part in numerous technology initiatives including client intake, document management and administrative workflows.

In addition to serving as the head of business acceptance and information governance in two law firms, Sean has fostered innovation and process improvement as the director of innovation at his prior firm. He has served as the president of the Puget Sound Association of Legal Administrators and worked to increase diversity and inclusion in the legal profession through online networking events.

In his free time, Sean enjoys traveling with his wife, wrangling his two dogs and practicing yoga.
