Sarah serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO for HBR Consulting. Her focus is working closely with the CEO and executive leadership on the development and achievement of strategic objectives for the organization. In alignment with organizational priorities, she oversees execution of key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners across the business and operational teams.

Prior to her current role, Sarah led consulting engagements and internal solution delivery optimization efforts within the Strategic Sourcing + Business Optimization (SSBO) practice at HBR.

Sarah holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she focused on corporate strategy, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
