Ramandeep serves as a director in the Legal Technology practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Ramandeep has over a decade of hands-on experience in legal technology professional services, operations, and strategic implementation. He has expertise in end-to-end lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, implementation, platform upgrades, data migrations and post go live maintenance. He is known for innovative problem-solving ideas, designs, and methodologies inspired by client needs and team members’ collaborative feedback, delivered to clients at the right time, the right way, through collective strengths of the team.

Prior to joining HBR, Ramandeep has served as the technical lead and subject matter expert for matter management and spend management projects for different clients across a variety of industries in legal domain.

Outside of work, Ramandeep enjoys spending time with family and relaxing in the lap of Mother Nature. He enjoys cooking, hiking, writing poetry, and brainstorming ideas.
