
Peter Cotseones
Managing Director
Peter serves as a managing director of professional services within the Managed Services business of HBR Consulting (HBR). He is responsible for delivering business value through IT transformations and executing complex portfolio of client facing technology initiatives. He and his team focus on client success through business architecture, user adoption and service delivery that elevate people, process, and technology.
Peter has over 20 years of experience aligning enterprise technology and business strategy with increasing responsibility of managing people, client leadership and executing strategic initiatives. Peter has demonstrated results to bring technology and business change to market while leading both client and delivery teams in a variety of domains, including legal and corporate technology industries.
Prior to joining HBR, Peter held various senior engineering and business consulting roles, responsible for establishing critical infrastructure systems, delivering IT transformations and fostering operational excellence. Before that, he held various senior technology roles where he led the deployment and management of IT systems and operations along with software program development of e-commerce and custom middleware applications.
Peter graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and has an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. Peter lives in a suburb of Chicago with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his big family, exploring the outdoors, motorsports and endeavors as a professional DIYer.
