Martin serves as president of Keno Kozie and provides strategic leadership and direction to practice area leaders throughout the firm. He works closely with business leaders from across the operation to build products and solutions aimed at helping client partners solve their technology and service challenges. Martin also focuses on evolving the firm’s help desk into an industry-leading solution, working closely with the firm’s largest and most prestigious clients to develop customized support solutions and deliver world-class service.
Martin earned his bachelor’s degree in English literature with a creative writing concentration from Illinois Wesleyan University. He spends his free time in a variety of personal and charitable pursuits ranging from the arts to the outdoors.
