Lillian Flurry

Director, Marketing and Content


Lillian serves as the marketing and content director for HBR Consulting (HBR). She leads the marketing function, collaborating with HBR’s leadership and practices to develop and deliver HBR’s marketing strategic plan with emphasis on content development and delivery, brand execution, public relations, strategic events, and digital marketing programs.

Prior to joining HBR, Lillian led the thought leadership program for the legal division of another consulting firm. She is a former practicing attorney at an Am Law 100 firm and litigation boutique and a former associate dean at a major urban law school.

Lillian received her J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College. In her spare time, she enjoys travel (COVID-permitting), the arts, volunteering with arts and/or education organizations, and spending time with her endearingly goofy Doberman.
