Lauren serves as a director in the Strategic Sourcing + Business Optimization practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Lauren has over 11 years of experience in consulting focused on legal expense management, with over six years focused exclusively in the library area. She has experience leading strategic vendor initiatives, including renewal negotiations and overall vendor management. Lauren has additional focus on change management initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to implement and measure desired changes across diverse stakeholder groups.

Lauren graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) focused on strategy and finance.
