Kris serves as a managing director in the Strategic Sourcing + Business Optimization practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Kris has worked for over 20 years bridging organizational change between the needs of the business and the lawyer. Kris defines project success as a frictionless end-state that improves outcomes and effectiveness for the organization, its people and its partners.

Leading a team of 50 information services professionals, Kris works with over 40 clients a year providing advisory, managed services, and software solutions. Kris leverages time-tested systems including his DATA Method for expense + vendor management and the “Change Manager’s Toolbox.”

A California native, Kris has lived and worked across three continents. Along with his wife and two children they enjoy running, surfing, soccer (or futbol for the rest of us), and equestrian sports.
