Kelsey serves as director of finance at HBR Consulting. She oversees the budgeting and forecasting for the firm, and works closely with the practice group leaders to develop insightful analysis to help them make informed business decisions.

Prior to joining HBR, Kelsey worked in FP&A at Cheetah Digital and BMO Harris Bank. She started her career at Deloitte as an auditor and is a CPA.

Kelsey graduated with a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting.
