Karen serves as Chief Talent Officer at HBR Consulting (HBR), where she is responsible for developing and executing the global human resources strategy in support of the business and financial goals. She leads the team focused on optimizing people-centered activities such as attraction, engagement, development, diversity, and performance to ensure alignment with the company and clients’ mission and values.

Karen has over 25 years of human resources experience within legal, professional services and finance. Throughout her career, she’s advised leaders on employee impact and opportunity during rapid growth, including initial public offerings, M&A, and raising capital, and developed teams and programs that elevate the transformation and integration.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, traveling and all things outdoor.
