
Josh Nardo
Managing Director
Josh serves as a managing director and leads the IT Strategy practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Josh oversees group strategy, operations, business development, and thought leadership. With a commitment to client excellence, Josh and his team focus on assisting firms with IT strategy, organization design, operational improvement, change management and strategic planning to drive value.
Josh brings over 25 years of experience and has served in a number of leadership roles for consulting firms and software companies including Deloitte, Cognizant, MarketAxess, and Itiviti. He has built multiple national and international services practices, including a global services organization as part of Cameron Technology (acquired by Itiviti) and has advised clients across life sciences, financial services, telecom, capital markets, and legal services industries.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He volunteer coaches both indoor and outdoor soccer, enjoys fishing (especially in Canada), and recently started competing in 5Ks. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Duke University.
