Jorge serves as a director in the Legal Technology practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Jorge has over 25 years of legal industry experience, within law firms and corporate legal departments.

He started his career as practicing attorney and he has a deep understanding of legal operations. In addition to his consulting skills Jorge has strong technical skills including data management, SQL scripting and .NET programming.

Prior to joining HBR, Jorge was a senior manager at Duff & Phelps on the Legal Management Consulting team with emphasis on document management solutions and information governance.

Jorge is a member of the Cyber Security and Law and Technology committees of the American Bar Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree and J.D. from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America, Costa Rica.
