Jennifer serves as a director in the Strategy + Operations practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Jennifer provides consulting services to corporate legal departments and law firms. Her work focuses on strategic roadmaps and optimization, resource management and planning, outside counsel management, legal operations and technology strategy.

Prior to joining HBR, Jennifer was a senior member of the Consulting team at Elevate Services, focused on legal operations consulting. She has worked across the legal industry for 15 years, also serving in business development at multiple global law firms and at alternative legal services provider, Axiom.

Jennifer holds a Masters in Law Firm Management from the George Washington University and a B.A. from Yale University.

Jennifer lives in New York with her husband and one young son. She is a former DI collegiate rower, and currently enjoys horseback riding and running.
