Jacqueline Warner

Director

Jackie serves as a director in the Legal Transformation + Information Management practice at HBR Consulting (HBR). Her experience includes working with law firms and corporate law departments to define business, technical and security requirements for building up eDiscovery support functions, identifying and implementing improved future states – operationally and financially – for existing eDiscovery support functions, developing standard operating procedures and defensible documentation to drive each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle, and selecting appropriate technologies and service providers to facilitate efficient, cost-effective service delivery. Beyond the eDiscovery realm, she works with law firms to develop and implement strategies for optimizing practice group performance and enhancing service delivery. She brings a wealth of legal knowledge as a former practitioner, hands-on technical experience as a former consultant, and the industry expertise needed to garner attorney support for innovating and transforming the practice of law and the delivery of legal services.

Jackie brings to bear more than 20 years of legal industry experience. Prior to joining HBR, Jackie was a practicing attorney in an Am Law 100 firm and a senior consultant with a leading global eDiscovery technology services provider. She has specific legal experience in the areas of labor and employment litigation, international investigations, and complex commercial contract negotiations.

Jackie earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University and a J.D. from George Mason University.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also loves to cook and bake and claims to have finally found the world’s best chocolate chip cookie recipe.
