Steven Ashbacher

Vice President, Client Success

Steve serves as vice president of client success within the Managed Services business of HBR Consulting (HBR). He is primarily responsible for managing the strategy and engagement for new and existing IT Managed Services clients, maintaining HBR’s standard of delivering world class service and support. He has over 18 years of experience in legal technology, particularly focused on customer success, product management, business and technology operations, marketing, and business development.

Prior to joining HBR, Steve was Vice President and General Manager of the Litigation Software Solutions business at LexisNexis, responsible for a suite of eDiscovery software products and services. Before that, he was Vice President of Client Services at Wolters Kluwer, where he led the Client Success and Professional Services teams at Wolters Kluwer’s Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) business unit, which provided legal matter management software and services to corporate law departments.

Steve graduated from Providence College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance and has an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. Steve lives in North Carolina with his wife, two daughters, and three dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, time at the beach, gardening and other outdoor activities.
