Reggie serves as a senior director in the Information Governance practice within the Advisory business at HBR Consulting (HBR). With over 26 years of litigation and technology consulting experience, Reggie advises clients on information governance and litigation readiness, assessing current records and information management practices, performing gap and risk analyses, implementing strategic projects such as Office 365 adoption, sensitive data mapping and privacy remediation and supporting clients in the selection of appropriate technical solutions. Reggie works with clients to establish governance and information management strategies for leading content management solutions. His experience spans a wide variety of industries including healthcare, pharma, oil and gas, insurance, retail, banking, cloud providers and technology companies.
Prior to joining HBR, Reggie was a director at Consilio and has also consulted or served as in-house counsel for Anacomp, ZANTAZ, Summation Legal Technology and Oryx Energy.
Reggie earned his J.D. from University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he is a Certified Information Privacy Manager and Certified Information Privacy Technologist recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Outside of work, Reggie enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters who motivate him daily. Reggie is passionate about education and works with local schools to develop and deliver STEM programs.
