HBR Consulting is founded

Building on this past legacy, HBR leaders found current business as a new, independent entity dedicated to transforming the business of law for both law firms and corporate legal departments

2019

Managed Technology Services LLC (MTS)

On April 1, 2019, HBR completes the acquisition of MTS to deliver hosting and infrastructure services under HBR’s Managed Services business

2021

Keno Kozie Associates

On March 1, 2021, HBR acquires Keno Kozie, a leading provider of information technology design, service, and help desk support for law firms and law departments.

2022

Renovus Capital Partners

To expand HBR’s continued growth, on November 10, 2022, Renovus Capital becomes a strategic capital partner, acquiring HBR’s advisory business. Continuing to operate as “HBR Consulting,” that business separates from the IT Managed Services + Keno Kozie businesses.
