Peter serves as a senior director at HBR and leads efforts for data center, critical technology systems and infrastructure transformation for top-tier legal and corporate clients. Peter is considered a leader in IT, infrastructure and systems, offering strategic guidance and technology expertise to help clients drive business through IT innovation with a focus on results aligned with business, performance and technology initiatives.He advises senior executives and IT management on strategic alignment of IT and business needs in the areas of data center architecture strategy, enterprise system centralization, infrastructure outsourcing, co-location hosting and strategies centered on the use of cloud computing and managed services.
Peter currently leads a variety of engagements with a broad-view approach to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, develop technical designs, manage strategic sourcing efforts and execute implementations. He provides technical design and migration planning with a strong focus on performance, cost effectiveness and use of managed and/or host IT services for data centers, co-location facilities, mission critical infrastructure, voice communication systems and data network systems.
Throughout his career, Peter has contributed his expertise to the development of results-based solutions, pioneering numerous best practices and streamlining procedures. Peter has served in a variety of senior level management positions and engineering disciplines within IT and telecommunications organizations focused on technology planning, telecommunication systems, infrastructure systems and software development. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems from DePaul University. In addition, he holds Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 certifications.
