Consultant
Ms. Landry is a consultant in Hildebrandt International’s Strategy Implementation Group. She advises law firms on a variety of financial, strategic, and operational issues. She is also involved in the assessment of law firm mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Landry is based in Hildebrandt International’s Washington, DC office.
Prior to joining Hildebrandt International, Ms. Landry worked as a manager and senior consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Law Firm Services and Legal Systems groups. She also worked for two major D.C. area law firms.

- Conduct merger searches to identify appropriate candidates that align with client firms’ growth strategies.
- Perform financial due diligence for merger discussions.

- Help to align practice area, geographic, and group business plans with overall goals.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze the economic performance of firms and their practice areas.
- Create financial models to track performance and project future results.
