Linking client development to the firm’s goals
Driving revenue growth is critical to the long-term success of any firm today. To achieve these goals, firms are recognizing that they need to invest in developing their core client relationships in a more focused and organized way. At the same time, clients are more discerning in selecting firms and have clear expectations as to how they would like the relationship managed and services delivered. Developing a core client program can address market position and economic targets as well as position client development as a strategic firm-wide issue. As a result of working with us, firms are able to identify critical steps in the process that are key to building strategic relationships that exceed the expectations of clients and deliver long-term results for both the firm and client. We work with firms to develop core client programs including:
- Advising the firm’s leadership on implementing appropriate core client framework, management structures, and follow-on techniques that change behaviors rather than simply create bureaucracy
- Identifying the “core” clients, essential to driving the firm’s revenue growth objectives
- Evaluating the existing relationship status
- Identifying and coaching multidisciplinary teams to service core clients
- Identifying the appropriate supportive training and client feedback programs
